Our Freshness Guarantee:

We guarantee the freshness of our brownies upon arrival if you have them shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air. Due to the extended length of delivery times for UPS Ground shipments, we are unable to guarantee any orders that are shipped using that method.

 

 

Our Refund/Exchange Policy:

We offer a 30 day exchange Guarantee on every product we offer. Please contact customer service at customer_service@cloudninebrownies.com within 30 days of purchase date if you have any difficulty with the products you ordered. Cloud Nine Brownies will gladly send out replacement products immediately. We are sorry, but we do not offer any sort of money back refund, only an exchange.

 

For Shipping, we simply charge customers what UPS charges us!
